Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: October 15, 2026 • Nestline Builders, Calicut, Kerala
1. General Agreement
By accessing this website or engaging Nestline Builders for architectural design, civil contracting, or turnkey construction services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Quotations and Price Validity
All preliminary estimates and formal quotations issued by Nestline Builders are valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified in writing. Due to macroeconomic price volatility in raw construction materials (primarily steel, cement, and fuel), prices may be subject to revision if the construction agreement is not executed within the validity window.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All architectural drawings, floor plans, 3D renderings, structural calculations, and promotional photographs created by Nestline Builders remain the exclusive intellectual property of Nestline Builders. They may not be reproduced, copied, or assigned to third-party contractors without our prior written consent.
4. Milestone Payments & Progress Audits
Construction contracts follow a mutually agreed, milestone-linked payment structure. Payments are tied strictly to physical verification of stage completions (e.g., plinth beam, slab casting, brickwork, plastering). Delay in releasing milestone disbursements beyond the agreed schedule may impact on-site progress and scheduled delivery dates.
5. Weather & Kerala Monsoon Conditions
While Nestline Builders enforces strict timeline management, civil construction operations in Kerala are occasionally subject to extreme monsoonal events, statutory red alerts issued by the Disaster Management Authority, or supply chain disruptions. In accordance with standard Indian Standard (IS) codes, specific tasks such as external elastomeric painting and slab curing cannot be rushed during severe weather without compromising long-term quality.
6. Structural Warranty & Exclusions
Our 10-year structural warranty covers major load-bearing RCC components (foundations, columns, beams, slabs) against structural failure. The warranty explicitly excludes:
- Unauthorized modifications or load-bearing wall demolitions carried out by third-party carpenters or technicians post-handover.
- Normal wear and tear of surface finishes, paint fading due to direct sunlight, or cosmetic settling hairline cracks in plaster.
- Natural calamities, earthquakes exceeding seismic zone design specifications, or unauthorized land excavation adjacent to foundations.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our website, services, or contracts shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kozhikode (Calicut), Kerala.
